Serviced Office Group sees strong demand in new Euston office centre

Serviced Office Group plc, one of the leading providers of flexible office space and IT solutions, currently operating in 23 business centres, predominantly in the London area, has successfully completed the let of 6,630sq ft, (approximately 33%) of its newest building, Evergreen House, Grafton Place, Euston, London NW1.

This deal was completed in record time with the transaction formally signed within 3 days of Serviced Office Group taking a 10 year lease on the building announced on 7^th May 2013.  The client, Heron  Evidence Development Limited, a US owned life sciences consultancy will benefit from a bespoke office build, which will involve a complete refurbishment and the provision of IT and telephony services, and is expected to move in on 1^st June 2013.
