What We Offer
Your initial payment includes all set-up, training, marketing, support etc. You pay a fixed monthly fee on an on going basis after which there is no further profit or turnover share / royalties.
We only ask you to invest money once you have signed a licence agreement for a specific site. At that stage you go through our induction training programme.
What do I get for my investment money? Full Valet Site: You licences fee enables us to set you up to start earning from day one. This fee includes a full starter pack, training, marketing and other extras. as well as the ongoing support and back-up that you will need to grow your business over the long-term:
- Complete set-up (installed drainage pad, fixed canopy, operating unit, installation of power /water etc., uniforms, branded signage, hoovers etc.)
- Full initial training and on-going training for you and your staff
- Ongoing support from a dedicated National Site Support Team
- Marketing (pre-launch and ongoing)
- Full regulatory compliance (e.g. Health & Safety, Fire etc.)
- Full insurance cover (PL £10.0m/EL £10.0m/Customers vehicles under a full motor trade policy)
- Complete business administration and stationery pack
- A starter pack of cleaning products and consumables
What is the ongoing franchise fee?
All licensees pay a fixed monthly fee to us. This is based upon the fee that we pay to the landlord and projected income to your site. It is payable monthly in advance. This figure also includes a management fee to CPV. Please note the following:
- We do not take any share of your operating profits: the monthly fee is determined in advance and there is no further profit share
- Any subsequent fee increases or reviews over the period of your licence are clearly detailed in your contract
